C. Aaron Penaloza Jewelers is known for the highest standards in repair work. Whether we are restoring a treasured piece, replacing stones or soldering a chain, we take care to ensure that all repairs are done correctly.

Our trained staff will take time to discuss your jewelry with you. Before any repairs are begun you will be given a clear description of the work required, the expected cost and delivery time. We also will make helpful recommendations and give advice for other options.

All items are insured while in our care. No job is finished until you are satisfied.

Jewelry repairs are done on premises by our Senior Bench Jeweler, certified by Jewelers of America with over 25 years of experience, or by a highly trained master craftsman at a specialty shop.

Watch cleaning and repairs are done locally by master watchmakers, certified to work on all major watch brands including Rolex, Patek Phillippe, Vacheron Constantine, Tag Heurer, Cartier and others. We carry Hirsch watchbands and a full line of watch batteries—usually these can be changed while you wait.

We provide expert engraving services including machine engraving and hand engraving.

Pearl and bead restringing are expertly done to enhance the beauty and durability of your necklace.
